Pitanje je dana odnosno sata kada če Petra i KPMG stići u cilj u Cuxhaven-u. Nakon vjetrovitog Atlantika i obilaženja poslijedne kontrolne točke "Fair Isle" vjetar je drastično pao i večina jedrilica našlo se skoro 24 sata bez vjetra i minimalno su se približavale cilju. Posade su iscrpljene i daju zadnje atome snage kako bi stigle do cilja....

Dear family, friends and sailors!

Today at about 3:30 CEST we've rounded Fair Isle. We're on our final leg to the finish in Cuxhaven, at the entrance of the river Elbe Now. In dropping winds we're beating through the North Sea against the wind. I've heard so much about this beautiful little Island and now we can just pass by, have to come back ;-)

The Multi-Display (shows i.e. wind speed, wind direction and boat speed) is 'kind of' running again, after it started to act like a light organ. Sabine tried to cure the patient as good as possible in the rapidly improvised electronic shop. It shows the information again, just the light is working a little inconstant. Well as long as no other ship takes us for a lighthouse everything is just fine ;-)

it's incredible, here we are, not far from the last leg to Cuxhaven and the wind dropped again. Inken already asked who fooled around with the wind switch! But than to the end of the day wind came back and we're going again with acceptable speed towards Fair Isle. Passing it by tomorrow was probably a little optimistic, although we still might make it within the next 24 hours if nobody plays around with that switch again ;-)

Dear family, friends and sailors!

Land is near and we're all in high spirits. We just mastered another storm with heavy rainstorm and sea conditions, so the boat looks like a stalactite cave, just with all kind of clothes hanging from the ceiling instead of stalactites. As we're now passing the Hebrides on our course to Fair Isle there are no more reefs and we're back to regular sized fore sails.
